MicroLaser Peel

One of the most effective anti-aging skin treatments available today,
a microlaser peel improves skin tone and texture by removing the
outermost layers of the skin. Microlaser peels are particularly
effective in treating skin conditions associated with aging and an
active lifestyle, including sun damage and wrinkles. The depth of the
peel can be customized depending on the patient's skin concerns and
  the time available for recovery.

How it works

Microlaser peels allow for the safest and most precise removal of the
epidermis, the outer layer of the skin. The treatment depth can be as
minimal as 10 microns (similar to a glycolic acid peel) or as deep as
120 microns. They can be used on the full face, neck, chest, hands,
and even sensitive areas around the eyes and mouth.
Microlaser peels are the ideal treatment for patients who want to
achieve smoother, healthier, more vibrant skin with minimal recovery
time or discomfort. They provide better, longer lasting results than
  microdermabrasion or light chemical peels.

Microlaser peels can provide dramatic results for:

  • Wrinkles
  • Acne scars
  • Actinic keratoses (pre-cancerous lesions)
  • Enlarged pores
  • Uneven skin tone

Treatment and recovery

Microlaser peels are relatively painless and performed with a local or
topical anesthesia. The healing process typically lasts two to four
days. Immediately following the treatment, you may feel as if you have
a bad sunburn. Minor skin sloughing and itchiness may occur on day
two, after which point any redness should begin to fade. You will be
required to wear a protective ointment, such as Vaseline, for one to
two days as your skin begins to grow new epithelial cells.
